In some client situations, our Extraordinary Leader development process is more effectively delivered in a one-on-one coaching setting. Although Zenger Folkman can provide this Extraordinary Leader coaching service, many of our clients have experienced and skilled professional coaches on staff capable of meeting these same needs. Coaches can be more effective when their methods have a thorough grounding in Zenger Folkman’s leadership research, survey instruments, participant materials, and our strengths-focused approach to development.

The CTEL training program is designed to educate Executive Coaches about The Extraordinary Leader research and approach to development, as well as equip them with a proven process and the necessary tools and skills to coach leaders using Zenger Folkman’s Extraordinary Leader 360 assessment.

Program participants are presented with the key highlights from the Extraordinary Leader workshop, including:

• The Extraordinary Leader concepts and research
• The purpose and structure of the 360 survey
• How to appropriately receive/use the reported feedback
• How to use the EL Competency Companion Development Guide to build a leadership development plan
