Susan Christensen serves as the Director of Client Services at Zenger Folkman where she ensures customers and partners have the resources they need to be successful. From delivering customer-specific program materials to tracking user experiences and feedback, Sue and her team provide customers and partners what they need to be successful with Zenger Folkman programs.

With more than 20 years of leadership training and customer service experience, Sue provides Zenger Folkman with unique perspective and in-depth understanding of the client services arena. Before joining the Zenger Folkman team, Sue worked in organizations such as Zenger Miller, Inc. and Industrial Training Zone, where she was responsible for improving processes that would ultimately deliver on customer expectations.

Sue, her husband and two children reside in Utah where they are involved in community theatre and numerous athletic events.
